RealTracks Artist Bio: Miles McPherson

Recipient of the 11th Annual ACM Honors Drummer of the Year Award, Miles Mcpherson is one of the most talented and sought after drummers in country music. He's worked with a number of famous country artists including Reba Mcintyre, Big and Rich, High Valley, Jake Owen, Toby Keith, Jason Aldean, and the list goes on! He has played for a wide variety of different genres from pop to punk rock. Presently, Miles is known as the drummer for Paramore, but he has also toured with Kelly Clarkson and recorded drums for many of her famous singles including "Stronger" and "Piece by Piece". He also created the Miles Mcpherson Drums Library with Joey Sturgis, which contains samples of a variety of different drum kits recorded in his personal studio.
